Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually + Bonus Opportunity

What You\'ll Do
As Branch Manager, you\'ll be the driving force behind the success of our Columbia branch by:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining exceptional staff
- Growing client census and expanding community partnerships
- Building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare partners
- Ensuring excellent client service and operational excellence
- Monitoring branch performance and achieving growth goals
- Managing branch budgets and supporting profitability
- Facilitating team meetings and fostering a positive, engaged culture
- Overseeing payroll, billing, and administrative functions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company, state, federal, Medicare, Medicaid, and privacy requirements
- Resolving client concerns and creating positive experiences for those we serve

Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare experience required
- 1+ year of leadership experience required
- Proven success driving growth, census development, or business development efforts
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
