- Lifecycle Management: Direct multiple multi-million-dollar federal projects, ensuring delivery meets all scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Technical Coordination: Develop and manage complex CPM schedules (Primavera P6) and coordinate sequencing across various trades to mitigate risks.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate active construction sites, including climbing ladders, walking on uneven terrain, and lifting or moving equipment/materials up to 50 lbs. as needed to support field operations.
Federal Compliance & 8(a) Operations
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency-specific regulations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officers (KO) and CORs, managing all RFIs, submittals, and contract modifications.
- Joint Venture Execution: Support the management of mentor-protégé agreements and the delivery of joint venture projects.
Financial, Safety, & Quality Control
- Cost Control: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability while reviewing subcontractor pay applications and progress billings.
