    Overview Scope of Job: This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance team by managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for maintenance, repair, and operational activities. This role ensures timely availability of materials, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with procurement and safety standards. Monitor and track maintenance materials from purchasing, processing, warehousing and maintenance processes.Location and Employment Type: Full Time Administrative/Secret Cincinnati, OH, USNote: This job description does not include the accommodation process details for applicants beyond the general requirements. If applicable, accommodations or alternative application processes are available to applicants with disabilities.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain stock levels of MRO supplies and spare parts.Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.Assist in sourcing and ordering maintenance materials.Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.Maintain accurate records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Update inventory transactions and work order materials usage.Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure required parts are available for scheduled work.Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding material needs.Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials according to safety standards.Support adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Directs and coordinates the purchasing of materials, supplies or equipment required by the company.Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of products.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience: 1-3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in inventory control, maintenance support, or warehouse operations.
