We are actively seeking a dependable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our team and assist with water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects throughout middle Tennessee. We like to promote from within, so this is a starting position where you can work up to a Mitigation Project Manager.This role requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations.ResponsibilitiesThis position is primarily field based, working on job sites and assisting customers directly. Typical tasks include:Removing debris such as dust, drywall material, and construction wastePerforming demolition in areas designated by the Project ManagerPreparing work areas, including staging equipment and setting up containment as neededCommunicating with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job progressFollowing project scopes and performing assigned mitigation tasksCompleting end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, ensuring the jobsite is left clean and orderlyDocumenting job progress, photos, and updates in Dash, our job management softwarePosition RequirementsAbility to lift 50+ lbs.Ability to wear required PPE on all job sitesLegal authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsPersonal set of basic toolsLight construction or repair experienceIICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, etc.) preferred but not requiredJob TypeFull-timeIn-person positionCompetitive Pay (DOE)Monthly bonus opportunitiesOvertime pay401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) & paid holidaysOngoing training & certification supportOpportunities for career growth within a national platformStrong team culture & supportive leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
