Chick-fil-A Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the role of a team member in the back of the house/kitchen is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Besides working directly for an independent owner/operator, back of the house/kitchen team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for all who visit each day and ensuring that all guests receive the Chick-fil-A exclusive service and food.
