Our studio set‑up fosters a supportive work environment where professional growth and work‑life balance are valued.Job DescriptionTitle: Job CaptainType: Full‑time, in‑person (hybrid work options after onboarding)Responsibilities: Work closely with the studio Principal to contribute to and co‑lead production in all project phases, from site analysis and initial concept studies to design development, construction documentation, and construction contract administration. Prepare presentations, participate in team meetings and site visits, and coordinate with the design team, contractors, agencies and clients while nurturing these essential relationships.
