We are looking for energetic sales people to join our team!RequirementsExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredMust have genuine hospitality and passion for peopleGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retailAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsMust have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early‑morning and weekend availabilityPhysical RequirementsMust be able and willing to move bags, and perform minor maintenanceMust be willing to clean Rumble, bathrooms, lobby, etcMust be able to lift up to 30 lbsResponsibilitiesProvide top‑of‑the‑line service to all new and existing membersExecute sales and hospitality process of first‑time member experience, follow up, and closeMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionWork collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s)Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssume responsibility for developing selling skillsMaintain brand standards and initiativesCompensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive hourly rate and commission; based on experience & performanceCommission paid on salesMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits offered to full‑time employeesComplimentary classes at studio#J-18808-Ljbffr
