Apply now!What you'll doEnsure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and that items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote the company's products and services.Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling various payment types with cash registers.Assist with the transport of items, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and organize and maintain the availability of carts and flatbeds.Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and priorities using company policies and available resources.Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.
