So what does a member of our crew get to do?

Crew members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each crew member can warmly greet guests with a genuine smile.

Essential duties for a Crew Member may include:

• Welcoming our guests in and thanking them for choosing McDonald's
• Preparing and serving our world class food
• Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant
• Accepting payment from guests and making correct change
• Explaining our menu and answering questions for all guests
• Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)
