Plus, we'll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies for materials planning and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)Responsible for the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for deliveryResponsible for the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demandIdentify appropriate demand streams and establish data relationship linkagesWork with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecastsResponsible for planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operationsWork with the manufacturing team and develop monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parametersIdentify and develop new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliabilityResponsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvementResponsible for the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilitiesEstablish clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOPBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma3+ years of planning or military experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeLeadership experienceStrong analytical verbal and written English communication skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsDemonstrated project management skillsSAP experience preferredExperience communicating and interacting with international vendors preferredAbility to work cohesively with various departments and outside vendors#J-18808-Ljbffr
