Join us and we can make a difference together.The Material Replenishment Specialist Manager will determine action for material replenishment and flow throughout the factory. Additionally, will determine part presentation for lineside stock, determine dispositions for material replenishment and work with manufacturing engineering to maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP). They will establish triggers for material replenishment based on disposition. They will be the liaison between the operations team and the ERP implementation team to ensure strategies align with systems.Job ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE)Correct, manage and maintain PFEPDetermine decision tree for part replenishment strategiesAnalyze and implement Kanban calculationsWork with New Program Introduction to ensure all new parts are migratedEstablish part presentation within the stationsWork with manufacturing engineering to ensure BOM and pick accuracyProvide connection into SAP systems for material replenishmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.Preferred QualificationsAbility to organize daily activities and to make quick decisionsAbility to be multi-functional in a stop‑and‑go operation.Strong knowledge of SAPStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.Strong leadership skillsAbility to lead a team of engineersAbility to problem solveExperience with Kanban calculationsExperience with material presentation and visual management toolsStrong analytical skills and use of Microsoft Office suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
