This position is safety-sensitive because, in addition to the essential functions, it also involves performing one or more of the following essential tasks or duties:The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material.The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools.Repairing, maintaining, or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage.The operation, maintenance, or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution.The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while performing Material Handling-Inventory Control duties. Lifting of parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, from floor level, and carrying them 10 to 15 feet may be required. Lifting devices and team lifting should be used when possible. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
