    This position is in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), United States Capitol Police (USCP). Serves as senior management and program analyst responsible for evaluating and assessing implementation of strategic goals, priorities, programs, projects, and initiatives across the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Department. Oversee implementation of initiatives and monitor progress toward strategic objectives, ensuring appropriate prioritization, resource alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Develops executive reporting mechanisms and performance measures to provide leadership visibility into organizational performance, risks, emerging issues, and accomplishment of strategic goals.

    Reviews, evaluates, and coordinates significant correspondence, reports, briefing materials, policy proposals, executive action items, and decision memoranda submitted to the OCAO. Ensure matters receive appropriate review, coordination, and resolution before presentation to executive leadership. Monitors the status of executive actions and ensures timely completion of assignments, commitments, and organizational priorities across the Department.

    Provides oversight of Department-wide administrative initiatives requiring coordination among multiple Bureaus and Offices. Identifies organizational barriers affecting program execution, develops corrective actions, and recommends organizational, policy, and operational changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
