Management Analyst (SLMO Compliance)

As a Management Analyst (SLMO Compliance), you will:

1. Conduct audits and investigations of the supplemental labor program to ensure compliance with contracts and policies, and to identify potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
2. Act as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for complex labor contracts, overseeing contractor performance, reviewing invoices, facilitating program communications, and monitoring compliance.
3. Lead projects to improve the systems and processes for managing the contractor workforce, serving as the expert for the Vendor Management System (VMS).
4. Develop and update agency-wide policies, procedures, and handbooks for the supplemental labor program.
5. Serve as the subject matter expert for handling special assistance requests for contract workers, including reasonable accommodations (ADA), FMLA tracking, and ergonomic needs.
6. Advise and coach senior managers and suppliers on compliance requirements, investigation findings, and corrective actions.
