Maintenance/Yard Tech to maintain and repair our fleet of mobile storage containers, office trailers, and modular buildings. If you enjoy hands-onwork and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we' d love to hear from you!
What You' ll Do- Perform general maintenance and repairs on mobile storage units and trailers
- Repair flooring, walls, roofs, doors, windows, leaks, and trim
- Paint, caulk, replace decals, filters, and equipment numbers
- Complete work orders accurately and on time
- Travel to customer sites to set office trailers and assist drivers when needed
- Inspect equipment before and after rentals
- Operate a forklift and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver' s license
- Maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
