As a Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for making sure that our property always looks its best on the outside. From apartment turns to landscaping, you'll be the right hand supporting the maintenance team. So, put on your tool belt and get ready to join our team!Community Appearance & Upkeep Clean building exteriors, entries, hallways, and stairwellsMaintain parking areas (debris removal, weed control, painting lines when needed)Perform daily inspections of grounds, amenities, and common areasEnsure pool areas are clean and well maintainedLandscapingGeneral Maintenance Support Assist with preventative and seasonal maintenance (including irrigation systems and amenities)Help with snow removal and weather‑related tasks (seasonal, where applicable)Complete service requests and support the maintenance team as neededTeam & Resident Experience Maintain a friendly, professional presence with residents and team membersCommunicate concerns, work delays, or safety issues to leadershipSupport team efforts and contribute to a collaborative work environmentWhat We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive spacesAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsSelf‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety, quality, and resident experienceWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after‑hours eventsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbsFrequent walking (up to several miles daily) across uneven surfacesAbility to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periodsWhy Liv Communities?
