What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Certification strongly preferred
• CPO Certification strongly preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls
• Help maintain property safety, inspection, and compliance standards
• Maintain maintenance inventory and supplies
• Provide excellent service to residents and support the overall success of the community
