    Maintenance Supervisor | Nashville, TN | Multifamily Housing

    Brookside is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in the Nashville market. This is a hands-on leadership position for a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience, EPA certification, and apartment maintenance supervisory experience.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and oversee all onsite maintenance operations
    • Supervise and support the maintenance team
    • Prioritize and complete resident service requests and maintenance repairs
    • Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals
    • Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep
    • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems
    • Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained property
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
    • Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
    • EPA Certification required
    • Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
    • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance
    • Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and prioritize multiple projects
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Dependable, professional, and committed to quality service
