Hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:30am-6pmWe are looking for a self starting motivated assistant to perform the following job duties:Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, tile, drywall, etcChecking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesCheck control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesConduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbsInspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation)Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovationsReport to a facilities or maintenance manager for issuesBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systemsExperience using hand and electrical toolsAbility to read technical manuals and drawingsVery good communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and dexterityHigh school diploma or equivalentKeep detail records of temperature logs, repairs, general maintenance, etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
