Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

• Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Support production.

This role requires 3 days per week onsite in New Jersey. This role also requires 5 days away per quarter.
