Food Service Associate
Serves food to diners following established quality control, portioning, and customer service standards. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of serving lines, condiment stations, and dining areas.Sets up and breaks down serving stations in accordance with dining service requirements. Follows all sanitation and health safety standards strictly. Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner. Confirms supplies and equipment availability and oversees setup as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety procedures. Skill in high-volume dining customer service. Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
High School diploma or GED. No experience required.
Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 1 - An entry-level role building knowledge and skills. Performs routine, well-defined, easy-to-understand tasks that can typically be learned in a short period of time. Work is performed under close supervision using clearly prescribed methods and detailed instructions.
