Grande Italian Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! We are a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant that has proudly served the community for over 30 years.
We are seeking someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure our customers receive consistently great food.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Complete daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right person
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
