If you have a passion for food and creating exceptional dining experiences, Stonebreaker Hotel may be the opportunity for you. We are seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver high-quality meals for our restaurant and banquet guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong knowledge of all menu items for restaurant and banquet operations
- Preparing and cooking food properly and in a timely manner
- Completing opening and closing duties as assigned
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen work areas
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Working efficiently and cohesively with the culinary team
- Utilizing a variety of cooking methods while maintaining quality and consistency
- Providing outstanding guest experiences through attention to detail and food quality
- Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
