This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for supervising daily technician activities while performing vehicle diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. The Lead Technician will serve as a technical resource for the team, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.The ideal candidate combines strong automotive diagnostic expertise with leadership experience and is comfortable working with OEM diagnostic tools, vehicle systems, and Linux‑based test procedures.
