Land Surveyor-Project Manager

General Responsibilities
Participate in business development activities to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
Prepare a wide range of land surveys, including ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, Route, and Residential surveys.
Manage survey projects from initial setup through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Prepare project bids and proposals, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
Oversee client communications and maintain strong working relationships throughout each project.
Monitor project budgets and collections, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors to support drafting, design, and project preparation.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of land surveying experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
Experience working on tollway, highway, or roadway projects preferred.
