Position: Lab Hardware Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
- Bring up and maintain assigned labs, test racks, devices and hardware configurations.
- Perform hardware lifecycle management, replacements, updates and failure triage.
- Support automation infrastructure upkeep and environmental readiness for test execution.
- Coordinate with engineers to resolve blockers that affect continuous test coverage.
- Maintain lab documentation, asset records and operational handover notes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years in lab hardware operations, test rack maintenance, device validation or hardware support.
- Hands-on experience with lab bring-up, device fleets, test infrastructure or automation support.
- Strong practical troubleshooting across hardware, cables, devices, racks and software agents.
- Ability to work in secure lab environments with careful asset management.
- Good coordination and documentation discipline.
