The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a \"Lab Computing Analyst\" for a top pharmaceutical company.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 11 (LTS, Pro, Enterprise).Perform manual Windows builds and replicate system configurations.Support laboratory instruments, software, and peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras, expansion cards).Troubleshoot hardware, drivers, and operating system issues.Use SCCM for package deployment and issue investigation.Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow and JIRA.Perform room-by-room IT asset inventories using scanning/RFID tools.Maintain accurate asset records and reconcile inventory discrepancies.Work independently with end users, researchers, and vendors.Required Skills5+ years of IT support experience.Strong Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting experience.Hands‑on hardware installation and configuration.Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, and JIRA.Familiarity with laboratory environments and IT asset management.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Additional InformationLocation: Albany, NYDuration: 6 months contractPay: $30–$32/hour on W2(DOE)Must be authorized to work in the United States.Equal Employment OpportunityPride Global and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
