Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to
manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring
efficiency in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety
protocols, and experience in inventory management and warehouse

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working
environment.
- Implement
and maintain inventory management systems to track raw materials
and finished goods.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and
implement corrective actions.
- Stay
up to date with industry trends, warehouse technology advancements, and
best practices.
- Assist
with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience
operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s
Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bilingual
in Korean is preferred but not required.
