OverviewThe Senior Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end operational execution of the company's wholesale business, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and alignment across all stages of the order lifecycle. Serving as a primary point of contact for brand partners, this role operates as a strategic liaison between brand teams and internal operations, driving seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and high service levels.This position plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence for a portfolio of luxury brands, overseeing core processes including order prioritization, allocation, invoicing, return authorizations, and performance tracking. The role ensures that key operational and financial KPIs are effectively monitored, analyzed, and communicated to support data‑driven decision‑making.Acting as a central coordination hub, the Senior Supply Chain Specialist partners cross‑functionally with Origin teams, Sales, Buying Offices (internal and external), Finance, Inventory Control, Accounts Receivable, and Third‑Party Logistics providers. The role is accountable for driving alignment across stakeholders, removing operational roadblocks, and ensuring end‑to‑end process integrity from order intake through final delivery and invoicing.This position drives strategic visibility and operational accountability across the wholesale supply chain, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and execution capabilities.How You Will ContributeEnd-to-End Visibility & AnalyticsOwn the analytical tracking and reporting of the wholesale order lifecycle (from market to invoicing), providing actionable insights to Sales, Merchandising, and leadership teamsDevelop and maintain KPI reporting to measure performance across order intake, allocation, fulfillment, and invoicingIdentify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and translate findings into clear recommendationsForecast Alignment & Financial ImpactPartner with Finance, Demand Planning, and Wholesale teams to validate forecast accuracy and ensure alignment with operational executionAnalyze variances between forecast, pipeline, and actuals, highlighting risks to revenue realizationSAP & EDI Order Management (Core Expertise)Serve as the subject‑matter expert for SAP order processing and EDI integration (850, 860, 856, 810), ensuring data integrity and process reliabilityOversee the monitoring and validation of EDI purchase orders, ensuring accurate ingestion into SAP and compliance with customer‑specific requirementsProactively identify and resolve systemic data issues (pricing discrepancies, SKU mismatches, delivery constraints) impacting order executionProcess Optimization & Issue ResolutionConduct root cause analysis on supply chain and order management issues, driving corrective and preventive actionsLead initiatives to standardize and optimize workflows across brands, improving efficiency and scalability—particularly in SAP and EDI processesAct as SME for cross‑functional projects, including system enhancements and post‑migration stabilization effortsCross‑Functional Leadership & AlignmentDrive alignment between US Sales, European Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Inventory Control, and Logistics teamsLead structured governance cadences (weekly/monthly) with brands, focusing on performance insights, risks, and resolution plans—not just status updatesEnsure clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders for order completeness, pricing accuracy, and execution milestonesPerformance Management & GovernanceDefine and monitor critical wholesale KPIs, including order processing accuracy, fulfillment performance, on‑time delivery, and invoicing timelinesAssess operational performance against routing guides, EDI compliance, and customer requirements, mitigating risks such as chargebacksWho You Are5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Wholesale Operations, or Order ManagementAdvanced expertise in SAP and EDI order processing (850, 860, 856, 810) requiredStrong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data into business insights and executive‑level messagingAdvanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling); Power BI experience strongly preferredProven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regionsStrong problem‑solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis and process improvementAbility to operate in complex, fast‑paced environments, particularly within system transformations (e.g., SAP migrations)High level of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadershipCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $35.00 - $39.00 per hourHealth benefits include:Medical and prescription drug insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCritical illness insuranceAccident insuranceHospital indemnity insurancePersonalized healthcare supportWellbeing programsFinancial benefits include:Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)401(k) planBasic life and AD&D insuranceShort‑term disability insuranceJob DetailsJob Type: RegularStart Date: 2026-07-09Schedule: Full timeLocation: Wayne, NJOrganization: Kering Americas Inc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
