Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Loan estimate & Loan Disclosures
• Responsible for Appraisal Order and/ or HOA Cert Order
• Responsible for Loan Submission to Underwriting
• Responsible for Clearing Loan Conditions (CTC)
• Responsible for getting Loan File to Closing

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* 1-2 Year's Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

* Production of minimum $2M in sales volume per year

* Ability to structure a loan and follow Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines
