Remarketing Inventory CoordinatorEnterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This is a seasonal position that pays $22/hour and is located at 18400 SOUTHCENTER PARKWAY TUKWILA, WA 98188.The available schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The season begins July 15th and cannot exceed 180 days.The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with and support the Remarketing department and is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision.ResponsibilitiesCheck in vehicles with our Vehicle Inventory Control Devices (daily)Maintain vehicle controlLot organization - in a safe and efficient mannerMaintain and organize key securityComplete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles.Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and deliveryReconditioning duties and may build vendor relationshipsPerform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicleMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualificationsMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsMust have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 yearMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be at least 18 years old
