Job Description:
Collect SailPoint integration requirements (technical and non-technical) from the application team.
" Enter data into the Rapid onboarding tool.
" Identify the appropriate connector/integration method and provide details for full application integration.
" Identify Firewall requirement, place the request, follow up and escalate as needed.
" Gather entitlement/role information, review metadata, and get it implemented with the Client development team.
" Communicate information to Client developers.
" Act as a liaison between developers and the application team as needed.
" Escalate issues to Client management appropriately.
" Coordinate and validate integration testing on the application side.
" Manage any outstanding integration item for the application until deployment to production and sign-off by operation team.
" Analyze and categorize application complexity for an additional 25 applications.
" Provide status reports to Client management.
