Job DescriptionThe Controller's Office, Fixed Assets Equipment and Inventory Services team, is looking for a new team member to play a crucial role in their responsibility for daily tagging activity related to high volumes of equipment acquisitions. This role involves traveling around campus to locate, tag, and ensure the accurate recording of new equipment, with an annual volume of approximately 10,000 items totaling $75 million. The specialist will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure efficient and compliant tagging processes, adhering to established guidelines and policies.ResponsibilitiesLeverage experience in bookkeeping principles, customer service, and computer proficiency to perform daily tagging, data entry, and communication with all stakeholders.
