Description

Inventory SpecialistInventory Specialist at Wyld. Responsibilities include accurately documenting finished products within state-mandated inventory tracking systems, coordinating inventory before and after packaging, testing, and sales fulfillment, and facilitating sale transactions with sales representatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations:Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC or other state-specific inventory tracking systemClearly label all inventoryPerform daily audits of physical inventoryCollaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planningLog all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable unitsFulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representativesReceive, stage, and coordinate the flow of raw materials throughout the facilityMaintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environmentCommunicate information and respond to questions or suggestions from various levels within the company:Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory to supervisorsCommunicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of productAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needsQualificationsAt least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have experience working with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environmentComputer skills: Microsoft suite, Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferredLanguage skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and writtenMath skills: basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionTravel requirements: occasional travel between buildings and sitesAbility to maintain/manage confidential informationState regulations require all applicants to be 21 years of age or olderServSafe or Food Handler's Card preferredWill be required to submit to a background checkWillingness to obtain forklift certification, if requiredMust obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certificationsBenefitsNon-exempt employee receiving a competitive hourly wage of $23.00–$27.75 per hour paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401(k) and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.Wyld is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
