Join us.About the TeamSupply Chain at Relativity Space is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain networks required to manufacture, test, and launch the cutting‑edge next‑generation reusable launch vehicle – Terran R. Within the Supply Chain org, the Materials Management team is responsible for the physical and systematic movement of inventory, including all operations related to shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory control, material handling, and production control. As a part of the Materials Management team, you will ultimately be responsible for inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient and timely material movement. In this role, you will become a subject‑matter expert on the enterprise systems we use (ERP, MES, etc.) and you will interact with a number of cross‑functional stakeholders and internal customers spanning various work centers, including but not limited to: Avionics, propulsion, machine shop, tube shop, additive, and structures & integration. We look forward to welcoming an exceptional candidate to our team.About the RoleThis is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:00 PM‑1:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a 10% differential on top of the base rate. Please note that this position is structured around a baseline expectation of a 50‑hour workweek, which may include occasional overtime as needed to meet operational goals.Receive, store and issue material, parts, details and hardware to support shop operationsStore parts and materials in bins, drawers, and racks, ensuring physical and digital locations are identicalPerform picking function to make up necessary kits of parts, material and hardware as requiredPerform checks on incoming hardware to screen for damage or missing componentsRepackage, bag and tag items as needed when storing or issuing to a work orderStand up the cycle count function of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemComplete regularly scheduled cycle countsPerform good housekeeping chores in areaSupport the organization's metric goals and objectivesAbout You2+ years of experience in a Logistics, Inventory, Receiving or Material Handling role2+ years of forklift experienceProficient with email communication and experience interfacing with ERP and warehousing softwareValid CA Driver's LicenseAble to lift 50 lbs unassistedAble to stand for extended periods of timeFlexible schedule and ability to work non‑standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as requiredProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Atlassian toolsNice to haves but not required5+ years of experience in logistics, Inventory, receiving inspection or material handling role5+ years of forklift experienceExperience working in aerospace / launch services industryInterest and knowledge in flight hardware and terminologyExperience with creating inventory control proceduresAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
