Job Description6+ Month ContractsPay Rate$17.00–$20.00 per hour.DescriptionInventory Management – 9/80 regular schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Responsible for performing physical or administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Reject unsatisfactory items where necessary. Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.Maintains records of received goods and processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.May perform wood shop functions such as operating power saws and nail guns in building skids and crates.Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc., upon receipt of internal certification.Overall SummaryEntry-level support individual contributor. Work is closely supervised and consists of routine tasks. Explains facts and practices related to the job area.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.0 to 3 years of prior related experience.Good basic computer skills.Some receiving experience.Physical ability to lift more than 40 lbs; occasional use of power tools and hand tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
