Inventory & Logistics Specialist (On‑Site)OverviewOur client is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to support on‑site material flow across engineering, production, and launch operations. This role ensures the right parts are in the right place at the right time by maintaining inventory accuracy, organized storage, and efficient shipping/receiving. You'll be part of a mission‑driven environment helping teams deliver advanced space and launch systems.What You'll DoExecute daily inventory operations: receiving, put‑away, issuing, kitting, and cycle countingMaintain material traceability and accountability in the ERP systemCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics: supplier receipts, shipments to customers, test sites, and launch locationsFollow standardized workflows for handling, warehousing, and shipping/receivingPartner cross‑functionally with supply chain, production, and quality to ensure material availabilityDrive improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in logistics processesWhat We're Looking For (Required)Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logisticsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and standard inventory practicesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear communication and strong teamworkNice to HaveBackground in aerospace, defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturingKnowledge of lean/continuous improvement methodsFamiliarity with domestic/international shipping regulations , including hazardous materials#J-18808-Ljbffr
