At FreshRealm, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds and abilities to apply and make employment decisions based on merit.Key Responsibilities Complies with and promotes all GMP'sExecutes and promotes safe work practices at all timesConducts Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely executionOversees and evaluates stock rotation procedures (FIFO)Trains staff in product dating and creates procedures to eliminate lossNotifies leadership of shortages or other problems that could impact product availabilityReceives inbound productShips outbound productAudits inbound and outbound movements for accuracyPerforms other duties as assignedSkills and Requirements Basic math skills required (counting, multiplication, conversions, fractions)Practical experience with ERP software; SAP experience a plusUnderstanding of basic warehouse operationsUnderstanding of perishable food stockingUnderstanding of Just‑In‑Time inventory strategiesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skillsExcellent organization skills and the ability to multi‑taskStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills requiredAbility to tolerate short periods of exposure to freezer temperaturesExperience / Education Completion of High School or GEDMinimum 2 years experience in inventory & receiving; management experience preferred.
