    Description

    Inventory Control Supervisor Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily inventory control activities and warehouse inventory personnel.Ensure accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.Monitor inventory movement and maintain inventory integrity throughout the facility.Assign and prioritize daily work activities to meet operational objectives.Coach, train, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability.Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy metrics.Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce errors.Collaborate with warehouse, operations, customer service, and other internal teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and operational procedures.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory software to support operations.Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED.3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related leadership role.Experience supervising or leading warehouse personnel.Strong understanding of inventory management processes and cycle counting.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.Proficiency with basic computer applications and warehouse systems.Preferred Experience using SAP, WMS, or other inventory management software.Forklift operation experience or certification.Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.Skills & Competencies Inventory Accuracy & ReconciliationWarehouse OperationsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentProcess ImprovementRoot Cause AnalysisInventory AuditingCustomer ServiceData Analysis & ReportingSafety ComplianceTime & Priority ManagementPhysical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Ability to operate warehouse equipment and standard computer systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
