Specific schedule will be determined at offer.About the JobAs an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Leader, you will oversee ICQA responsibilities and supervise a group of ICQA team members and Inbound Problem Solvers. You will lead the leadership & development, coaching, and performance management of the team, manage onboarding, conduct performance reviews, root cause quality and pre‑receipt defects, analyze operation methods, identify gaps in inventory control, lead improvements in inbound receipts, bin and location accuracy, order cancellations, and vendor defect trends.
