In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence.Basic InformationLocation: Chandler, AZJob Type: Full‑TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PMCompensation: $20.00 per hourBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and flexible spending account options401(k) with company contributionCompany‑paid life and disability insuranceVoluntary insurance optionsGenerous paid time off program that increases over timeInternal growth and career advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesReceive incoming shipments, verify documentation, and ensure inventory is accurately recorded in internal systemsInspect shipments for shortages, defects, or damage and communicate discrepancies to leadershipLabel deliveries with barcodes and required inventory tracking informationMove and organize inventory throughout designated storage locations while following First In, First Out (FIFO) proceduresPrepare and deliver raw materials to support production needsAssist with chemical sample preparation and inventory quality processesPerform inventory checks on expired, damaged, or defective stock and ensure proper reverse distribution proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including cleaning activities and documentation logsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1+ year of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferredExperience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plusFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory management software preferredStrong basic math skills and ability to maintain inventory documentation accuracyAbility to stand for 8+ hours and routinely lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet productivity goalsCollaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environmentReliable attendance with a positive and professional attitudeCommitment to workplace safety and proper PPE/OSHA complianceAbout Wedgewood PharmacyCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsOpportunities for growth and career development through internal advancement programsA supportive, team‑focused culture where your work makes a differenceThe opportunity to contribute directly to operational success and animal health outcomesThe ability to make an impact every day through meaningful workEEO StatementWedgewood Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer.
