This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset who is looking to build expertise within international logistics and compliance.This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple international shipments across air, ocean, truck, and intermodal modes. This individual partners closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and global suppliers to ensure seamless import/export operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive efficiency.What You'll DoLogistics Execution & CoordinationCoordinate international shipments across air, ocean, trucking, and intermodal transportation to ensure timely and compliant deliveryMonitor, track, and proactively address shipment delays, risks, and disruptionsPartner with freight forwarders, carriers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolutionCompliance & DocumentationEnsure accurate and timely completion of import/export documentation in line with regulatory and company standardsMaintain records and support audits to ensure compliance across global logistics activitiesSupport export inquiries and documentation requirementsAnalytics & Problem SolvingGenerate and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementConduct data gathering and root cause analysis to support key performance indicatorsIdentify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements across logistics operationsFinancial & Systems SupportSupport freight audit processes by reviewing rate data and identifying discrepanciesProcess invoices and ensure accurate coding, tracking, and approvalsSupport system testing, enhancements, and data integrity across logistics platformsGlobal CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to ensure alignment and timely communicationSupport coordination across regions, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficientlyLearning & Development ExpectationsDemonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding global logistics operationsTakes ownership of responsibilities and follows through with accountabilityBuilds problem-solving skills by identifying root causes and recommending solutionsBalances speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentSeeks feedback and continuously improves processes and ways of workingQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field1–3 years of experience in logistics, import/export coordination, or supply chain operationsRecent graduates are welcome to apply!
