Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to join our client's team at a dynamic organization located in Westlake Village, CA. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit activities
- Conduct SOX compliance testing and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Manage audit projects related to expansion and acquisitions
- Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks
- Foster a positive and inquisitive attitude within the audit team
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging risks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably from a Big 4 or Protiviti background
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
