    Infusion Coordinator

    The Infusion Coordinator exists to ensure our members with infusion needs feel fully supported, guided, and confident throughout their care journey.

    In this role, you will:

    • Serve as the dedicated advocate for members navigating infusion services
    • Coordinate care across by locating applicable patient assistance programs, charity care, and alternative funding options
    • Be responsible for securing eligibility, coordinating care, and reducing out-of-pocket costs for members
    • Ensure a seamless, supported experience for members and their families throughout the entire treatment process

    What We're Looking For

    • 2–3+ years of case management, customer service, or related experience (Required)
    • 2–3+ years of oncology or infusion coordination experience, or related experience (Required)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)
    • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
    • Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care (Required)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (Required)
