Coordinates and provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and for consumers with dual diagnosis who live in nursing facilities within the 6-county area. Duties include but are not limited to making materials (or requesting materials in a timely manner) to teach skills associated with community living, social skills, recreational skills and functional skills. There may be times that the trainer will teach behavior skills on a case-by-case basis. Duties also include taking data during training sessions in order to complete SmartCare notes with accuracy about what happened during the session. Attendance at quarterly meetings at the request of the ILS Supervisor and/or BCBA is required. Providing updates, when requested, to the individual's PASSR Habilitation Coordinator

Experience and Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. At least 1 year related experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred with preference given to those who have worked with individuals who have challenging behaviors. Travel is required; therefore, a valid driver's license and insurance are required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
