    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from associates regarding HR matters in the Sales organization.
    • Act as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Associate Service Center (ASC).
    • Provide support via phone/email for general inquiries, incidents, and process-related queries.
    • Use HR systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, ADP) for data entry, tracking, and troubleshooting.
    • Document issues and identify appropriate actions for resolution.
    • Guide employees on self-service tools and portals.
    • Perform proactive outbound communications when required.
    • Build strong relationships with associates and leaders across the Americas ASC.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork in HR systems.
    • Maintain both physical and digital employee files.
    • Support Sr. HR Manager with HR projects, reporting, retention initiatives, and leadership reports.
    • Participate in employee engagement, communication, and associate resource group (ARG) support.
    • Assist in payroll, offboarding, benefits, and reporting requirements.
    • Perform occasional overtime as needed.
    Experience Required
    • Proven experience with HRIS/ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, ADP).
    • Prior experience handling case management systems and knowledge portals.
    • Exposure to onboarding, HR operations, payroll, and employee support.
    • Experience in creating and maintaining reports/spreadsheets.
    Skills & Certifications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage several caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to independently resolve routine problems and inquiries.
    • Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes.
    • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building ability.
    Eligibilities & qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Prior HR coordination or HR support experience required.
    • Willingness to work onsite Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday in Tempe, AZ.
