Overview:
We are looking for experienced managers to oversee our operations and ensure excellent customer service. As a manager at Dunkin', you will have the opportunity to lead a team, drive sales, and contribute to the success of our brand. This is a full-time position with on-site work required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor sales and drive revenue growth
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
