Job Summary
Welcome to our Operating Room Department!
We provide professional and skilled surgical care to patients using the "patient centered care" model of SMHCS (policy 126.054) in accordance with the ANA Standards of Professional
Practice, and with the AORN guidelines for Perioperative Practice. We are a 36 OR suite unit with numerous specialties that you can work in.
Operating Room:
Patient Population: patients with elective, urgent, and emergent need for a surgical intervention. Routine to traumatic diagnoses requiring complex nursing assessment skills and care including but not limited to:
traction application, splinting, casts, or other skeletal immobilization.
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR).
Clinical Coordinator, Assistant Manager.
Work Days/Shifts/Times (8, 10, and 12 hour shifts)
Salary Details:
Hourly rate is determined by years of worked experience as an RN, education level, and internal equity within organization. Minimum rate starting at $35.75, max of salary range is $55.55. In addition to hourly rate, if candidate holds an approved certification position qualifies for certification pay of $1.50.
Shift needed currently: 21:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday, overnight

Shift needed currently: 21:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday, overnight
24/7/365 Workplace
Work Days/Shifts/Times (8, 10, and 12 hour shifts)
o Call is required for Full-time and part-time positions.
2 hour Stay Late (after shift)
24-36 hours of call per 4 week pay period.
Opportunity to give call away, or work overtime.
