Recruiting Solutions is seeking Heavy Equipment Production Operators for one of the concrete manufacturers in Spartanburg, SC! This position is a 1 st shift position, temp to hire opportunity, and starting pay of $18.97 per hour. *Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus!

• Assist in production of concrete product from subassemblies and raw material
• Perform form cleaning, reinforcing set-up, form set-up, concrete pouring & finishing, and work area clean up
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor
• Must be able to follow defined work plan and details
• Clean form with tools to remove all concrete buildup on forms prior to the next pour

• Must be open to working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, standing and climbing ladders
• Work well with a team and positive attitude
