Job Description:

MEMCO is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Skilled Equipment Operators for a construction project in Harlingen, TX. We are hiring operators with experience in Dozers, Graders, and Excavators to support site development and earthwork operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and excavators to perform tasks such as clearing land, trenching, backfilling, grading, and general earthwork
• Follow site plans and directions from supervisors and project managers
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
• Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
• Adhere to all site safety regulations and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project timelines

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (Dozer, Grader, or Excavator)
• Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment screening

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Monday to Friday, some weekends as needed
• Hours may vary depending on project demands
